Pulled Pork

Pulled Pork

2 t. fennel seed
2 t. salt
2 t. pepper
3-6 cloves garlic
4-5 lbs. pork roast (can be an inexpensive cut)

Chop ingredients into paste. Coat top of roast. Cook in slow cooker for 3-5 hours, the longer the better. Use fork to pull apart meat.
