Hard boiled eggs

I know, so easy right! Sometimes when it's been a while since I've made them, I need a little reminder! So I wanted it handy on here.

Unshelled eggs
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp Vinegar

Put eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Add salt and vinegar. Bring the water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Put the pan under cold water until full of cold water. To remove the egg shell, tap the egg against a hard surface and roll it between your hands until the shell is shattered, then peel shell off. Fresh eggs are harder to peel than older eggs.
