Turkey-Stuffing Pot Pie

Another way to use up leftover turkey

Turkey-Stuffing Pot Pie

1 2/3 cups hot water
1 cup prepared stuffing
3 cups cooked turkey, chopped
1 1/4 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 1/2 cups turkey gravy

Preheat oven to 375° F. Mix turkey and vegetables and place into a 2 quart casserole dish. Pour gravy over turkey mixture, stir to combine. Top with stuffing. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
